Le Fontane Residence provides everything for an idyllic getaway on Sardinia’s southeast coast. The air-conditioned apartments feature a furnished balcony, a kitchenette with an oven, a TV, an ironing board and iron, a phone for internal use, a shared washing machine, and a hairdryer. The resort’s facilities include a pool, Wi-Fi, a communal area, bikes (€50 deposit), luggage storage, a communal barbecue, parking, a bar and a market.The village centre of Villasimius is a ten- to 15-minute walk away, while the area’s most beautiful beaches are within a radius of a few kilometres. Cagliari’s port and airport are about 50 kilometres away.***Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be notified in advance (mobile: +39 331 3166097). Guests must contact reception beforehand to obtain the KEY BOX code and apartment keys. Late check-in is not guaranteed without prior arrangement and may incur a €50.00 surcharge. MANDATORY CHARGES (payable upon arrival): Utilities from 12/06 to 10/09: €10.00 per adult/day, €5.00 per child aged 3–11.99/day, infants aged 0–2.99 free. Includes electricity, gas, water and initial supply of bed linen and towels. One linen change is included for stays of at least 14 nights. FINAL CLEANING: B2/3 €80.00; B4 €80.00; T5/6 €90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and rubbish disposal are the guests' responsibility; failure to comply incurs a €50.00 surcharge. DEPOSIT: €200.00, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage or misuse has occurred. Extra charge for pets.
